Yoga is our life!
about yoga
Yoga is a method of body posture and respiratory exercise, which improves physical condition, mental balance and spiritual development.Through conscious aligned postures (asanas), it strengthens the body while improving its strength and flexibility. The conscientious dynamic stay in an asana helps to achieve the right body posture, improves the ability to concentrate and provides deep relaxation. Through calm and controlled breathing (Pranayama), the student achieves spiritual tranquility, self-control and concentration. jadkasdkadsasdkmak
The regulation of the breathing cycle, clears the material body from blockages and achieves the development of positive thinking, visualization and association at all levels of existence (body – energy / mental / psychic – spiritual).
The yoga practitioner improves his confidence and activates internal forces, energy channels that respond to nerve blocks in the spine.
The word “yoga” is a word in Sanskrit, which literally means union, while metaphorically means the connection of opposite forces, the joining of the upper to the lower, of the inside with the outside, of the connection and harmony of all levels of existence.
